In 2025, Torrellano Cup has reached an agreement with the Handball Federation of the Valencian Community and the Royal Spanish Handball Federation to serve as a training event for the Technical Committee of Referees as part of the “Promesas” program.

Additionally, referees of various categories and nationalities will also be able to participate.

Matches will be officiated across the different categories that make up the competition.

The organization will cover the following expenses:

• Accommodation for referees with full availability during the entire tournament, in hotels and hostels located in Torrellano or Elche.

• Meals for referees throughout the competition days, regardless of their availability.

• Meal service will begin with dinner on July 2nd and end with lunch on July 6th.

In parallel, there will be training and recreational activities available for tournament attendees.
